Raspberry Syrup

Raspberry syrup is made by cooking raspberries with sugar and straining out the seeds, producing a bright, tart-sweet berry syrup. It offers concentrated fruit flavour without a liqueur's alcohol content. It is used to sweeten and colour a cocktail with berry character.
