Amaretto

Amaretto is a sweet Italian liqueur with a rich almond flavour, traditionally derived from apricot kernels or bitter almonds. It has a smooth, nutty sweetness and a syrupy body. It adds warmth and depth to both shaken and stirred cocktails.
