Midori
Midori is a bright green Japanese liqueur flavoured with muskmelon, offering a sweet, distinctly melon-like fruitiness unlike any other cocktail liqueur. Its vivid neon-green colour is as much a part of its identity as its flavour. It became a fixture of 1980s cocktail culture and remains a popular novelty ingredient.
