Lillet Blanc
Lillet Blanc is a French aromatized wine aperitif blending wine with citrus liqueurs and quinine, giving it a delicate honeyed sweetness with a light bitter edge. It is gentler and lower in alcohol than vermouth. It works well both as a standalone aperitif and as a cocktail modifier.
