Egg Yolk

Egg yolk is the rich, fatty center of a raw egg, used in cocktails like flips to add dense body, silkiness, and a pale golden hue. Unlike egg white, it contributes flavour as well as texture. It is shaken hard, often with the rest of the drink, to fully emulsify.
