Blue Curaçao

Blue curaçao is an orange liqueur nearly identical in flavour to triple sec, coloured a vivid artificial blue rather than clear or amber. The blue dye has no flavour impact — it exists purely for visual effect. It is used almost entirely for the striking colour it lends to tropical and novelty cocktails.
