Blackcurrant Cordial
Blackcurrant cordial is a sweetened, concentrated blackcurrant syrup, deep purple in colour, offering tart-sweet dark-berry flavour without any alcohol. It is diluted for drinking on its own or used as a sweetener and colourant in mixed drinks. It gives a similar fruit character to crème de cassis without the alcohol.
