Agave Syrup

Agave syrup is a sweetener extracted from the agave plant, the same source as tequila and mezcal, with a light, clean sweetness and a slightly thinner texture than honey. It dissolves easily in both cold and hot drinks. Its natural pairing with agave spirits makes it a common sweetener in tequila- and mezcal-based cocktails.
