Orgeat Syrup

Orgeat is a sweet almond syrup, often accented with orange flower water, giving it a nutty, floral sweetness distinct from plain sugar syrups. It has more body and complexity than simple syrup. It is a defining sweetener in tiki and other almond-accented cocktails.
